Charles Taylor

Non-Executive Director

Charles is a consultant specialising in rapid business development and strategic innovation in both financial and professional services. He acts as COO and CFO for the ICFR.

In addition to the ICFR he currently also consults to a number of companies, including Deloitte LLP, focusing on the identification, creation and development of new services both in the UK and Internationally.

Having served as a main board director in a number of companies in the financial services software and marketing sectors, and also as Divisional Chief Executive for Royal & SunAlliance Plc, Charles has considerable experience in leading significant change projects and both the strategic and rapid development of businesses in International markets.
