Michel Prada

Non-Executive Director

Michel Prada is a non-executive director to Board of Directors of the ICFR. Michel is the former Chairman of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), France, as well as a member of the Financial Crisis Advisory Group set by the International Accounting Standards Board and the US Financial Accounting Standards Board to consider financial reporting issues arising from the global financial crisis. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the International Valuation Standards Council.

Michel served as the Inspecteur des Finances for France from 1966 to 1970 and subsequently in several distinguished capacities within the French financial services community, including Chairman of the Executive Committee of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).

He has been awarded the titles of Commander of the "Légion d'Honneur" and Great Officer of the "Ordre National du Mérite" and is also Chevalier of the "Ordre National des Arts et Lettres."
