ICFR Forum: OTC Derivatives: Clearing and Settlement

Following the first successful roundtable on “The Future of International OTC Derivatives Regulation” held in November 2009, the ICFR organised a follow-up forum entitled: “OTC Derivatives: Clearing and Settlement” on Thursday 4 March 2010.

The forum addressed developments since our last roundtable and some of the outstanding issues with a particular focus on clearing and settlement.
Given the level of interest and the way the legislation is progressing, we believed the need for a constructive dialogue had never been more important.
