Overview    

As part of the ICFR’s ongoing strategy in the Middle East, Charles Taylor, Chief Operating Officer of the ICFR, accompanied the Lord Mayor of the City of London on his visit to the UAE and Qatar between 4 and 14 February 2011. The overarching aim of this trip for the Lord Mayor, Alderman Michael Bear, was to widen the understanding of the financial and business services sectors of the UK.
