Overview   

The sheer pace of regulatory reform domestically and internationally has been daunting, and, unfortunately, regulators did not stop writing rules over the summer recess. Given the number of developments and cumulative impact of regulation, a debrief was in order.

Barbara Ridpath, CEO of the ICFR and Julio Rojas, CEO Americas, Standard Chartered, offered an overview of the major regulatory reform developments and their implications on foreign backs in the US.
