The FSA is consulting on ‘Implementing Omnibus 1 changes for financial conglomerates’ (Chapter 2). This chapter proposes to implement Ombinus I changes for financial conglomerates , that is, in line with changes to the Financial Conglomerates Directive (2002/87/EC) made by the Ombinus I Directive (2010/78/EU) in November 2010.
