ECB - Loan-by-loan Information for Asset-backed Securities - Consultation Deadline

Consultation on the establishment of loan-by-loan information requirements for asset-backed securities (ABSs) in the Eurosystem collateral framework.
This loan-level information would increase transparency and would thus make an important contribution to making more informed risk assessments of ABSs and restoring the weakened confidence in the securitisation markets. All market participants are invited to express their views on the ideas and questions presented in the public consultation document.
