Consultation Paper following the publication of the Financial Services Act 2010. The UK FSA is looking for comment on areas altered by the Act, including disclosure of short positions and the punishment/censure regarding short selling breaches, the FSA’s increased powers of authorisation and information gathering, and changes to the way in which the Financial Services Compensation Scheme is funded.
