The regulator is now undertaking a review of the Requirements in order to address issues that have arisen during that period and to expand on certain areas, such as the ongoing Continuing Professional Development requirements, the requirement to maintain a publicly available register and the records to be maintained by the regulated firm in order to demonstrate compliance.
