Walker Review of Corporate Governance

Sir David Walker is leading an independent review examining the UK banking industry to recommend measures to improve corporate governance, particularly with regard to risk management.

The Walker Review commenced in February 2009 and a report was published 16 July 2009. Conclusions will be in autumn 2009.
